HAOSEN recently delivered 30 high-speed 6-shuttle circular looms and one fully automatic cutting-sewing-inserting-hemming machine to a major rice processing enterprise in the Philippines. The customer is a well-known rice producer in the region with an annual output of hundreds of thousands of tons, requiring large quantities of woven bags with high strength and quality standards.
Previously, the customer’s old equipment had several long-standing issues: insufficient flat yarn tensile strength, frequent thread breakage during weaving — severely affecting production efficiency. Meanwhile, their existing hemming machine performed poorly in bag insertion and hemming, resulting in uneven bag openings that compromised filling efficiency and final sealing quality. The customer needed a comprehensive solution addressing both “yarn strength” and “bag insertion and hemming quality” simultaneously.
Upon receiving the customer’s requirements, the HAOSEN technical team conducted in-depth communication and on-site assessment. To meet the customer’s specific bag material and size requirements, we provided a customized solution: optimizing process parameters in the extrusion stage to ensure flat yarn tensile strength met the standard; equipping the circular looms with floating roller dual-roller design and warp tension balancer to effectively reduce friction, minimize thread breakage, and improve fabric flatness. For the bag insertion and hemming stages, our cutting-sewing-inserting-hemming machine was equipped with a high-precision visual inspection system and German-imported deviation correction system to ensure precise bag insertion and smooth hemming. Additionally, the machines feature wireless Bluetooth sensors for real-time data monitoring and fault alerts, allowing the customer to oversee production status remotely.
During installation and commissioning, the HAOSEN engineering team stayed on-site for two weeks and provided systematic training to the customer’s operators. After successful machine testing, engineers from both sides gave a thumbs-up in a group photo, marking a successful collaboration.
All 30 circular looms and the hemming machine are now fully operational with stable performance. The customer reported an over 80% reduction in thread breakage compared to their old equipment, with significant improvements in bag insertion and hemming quality. The woven bags are now more consistent in quality, and filling efficiency has increased noticeably. The customer commented: “HAOSEN not only provided reliable equipment but also solved the technical challenges that had troubled us for a long time. We are very satisfied with this cooperation and look forward to working together again in the future.”
