  • Severe equipment vibration, abnormal noise, or belt slipping with smoking

  • Electrical alarm activation, temperature control failure, or motor overheating

Action after shutdown: Stop the line immediately and conduct a thorough inspection before restarting. Document the incident and corrective actions for future reference.
