European Customer Visits Factory for Machine Inspection — HAOSEN PP Valve Bag Making Machine Receives High Recognition

Last week, HAOSEN welcomed a customer from Europe and the United States for a factory visit to conduct an on-site inspection of a PP valve bag making machine. The HAOSEN team was led by General Manager Philip, accompanied by Operations Manager Primo, Sales Manager Allen, and Graphic Designer Riley.

The team arrived at the factory the day before the inspection, with the initial plan to capture machine photos and videos using a drone for future product marketing materials. Following standard procedure, factory workers also conducted final machine commissioning a day in advance to ensure optimal performance for the inspection.

However, an unexpected challenge arose during the shoot: the drone‘s downdraft was so strong that it blew the test bags out of alignment, triggering frequent alarms from the deviation correction system and color mark tracker. The team quickly adapted — after workers completed debugging and restored normal operation, they conducted horizontal drone flights from behind the machine, successfully capturing aerial footage without interfering with the machine’s operation. This minor incident actually gave the team a vivid demonstration of the machine's sensitivity and responsiveness.

Later, led by the factory manager, the HAOSEN team toured the workshop and office. General Manager Philip engaged in in-depth technical discussions with the factory engineers on the design structure, technical specifications, and process optimization of the PP valve bag making machine — covering everything from core components to complete line layout, with both sides exchanging valuable technical insights.

On the day of the inspection, the team split into two groups: one group, led by Philip and Allen, drove with the factory driver to pick up the customer; the other group, led by Primo and Riley, arrived early at the factory to set up lighting, telephoto lenses, and other camera equipment in preparation for capturing the inspection process.

Upon the customer‘s arrival, the machine was started on schedule. Accompanied by Philip, the sales team, and the factory manager, the customer examined and documented every detail of the machine — from unwinding to take-up — with cameras and video recordings. The customer repeatedly gave thumbs-ups and nods of approval, with clear satisfaction written across their face.

After the inspection, the customer joined Philip, the sales team, and the factory manager for a group photo with everyone giving a thumbs-up. The customer commented: “The build quality and operational precision of this machine exceeded our expectations. HAOSEN‘s technical capabilities give us full confidence.”
