HAOSEN's R&D team has recently completed multiple structural optimizations and upgrades to the cutting-sewing-inserting-hemming machine. Based on extensive customer feedback, these upgrades address key pain points in traditional equipment — particularly in vision inspection and hemming processes — significantly enhancing the machine's intelligence and finished product quality.
☆ High-Precision Vision Inspection System + Display Screen
The upgraded vision inspection system features a high-resolution industrial camera combined with AI intelligent algorithms, capable of accurately identifying over 20 types of defects including holes, joints, missing weft yarn, bottom patch misalignment, and printing flaws. The inspection accuracy reaches 0.1mm with a miss rate below 0.05%. Unlike the industry-standard "spot-checking" approach, this system inspects every single bag. Defective bags are automatically rejected, while a high-brightness display screen clearly marks the defect location and type — allowing operators to instantly understand the cause of defects without manual inspection. This delivers a complete closed-loop quality control: every bag inspected, defects visualized, and rejects automatically ejected.
☆ Ultrasonic Dual-Station Hemming
Traditional hemming machines often suffer from uneven bag openings, wrinkles, and misalignment during bag insertion and hemming. The upgraded hemming section features ultrasonic dual-station design: Station 1 precisely aligns the inner bag and outer bag openings with light pre-fixing; Station 2 completes the hemming process through ultrasonic welding technology, fully securing the bag opening. Ultrasonic welding requires no preheating, completes instantly with a minimal heat-affected zone, and causes no damage to the bag material. The welded area is smooth, burr-free, and free of hard lumps. The dual-station coordination ensures precise alignment of inner and outer bags, resulting in smooth, firm, and aesthetically superior bag openings.
☆ Intelligent Heat Sealing Temperature Control System
To address customer feedback on temperature fluctuations and inconsistent sealing quality, the new system employs high-precision temperature control modules with PID intelligent regulation algorithms, monitoring and automatically compensating for temperature deviations in real time — maintaining temperature fluctuations within ±1°C. Additionally, it supports online temperature adjustment and 1mm precision fine-tuning of the sealing position, allowing operators to make immediate adjustments while the machine is running without stopping production. This effectively ensures consistent sealing quality and eliminates leakage issues.
☆ Modular Quick-Change Structure for Wear Parts
To reduce maintenance difficulty and downtime, the upgraded machine features a modular quick-change design. Core wear parts such as heat sealing knives, cold cutting knives, and ultrasonic welding heads can be rapidly replaced — cutting replacement time from 2 hours to just 20 minutes. Component service life has also been extended: heat sealing knives now last over 8 million cycles, and ultrasonic welding heads exceed 10 million cycles. Combined with HAOSEN's parts warehouse in India, common parts are delivered within 3 days, significantly reducing production losses caused by parts replacement.
