Overview & Technical Specifications

This heavy-duty circular loom is designed for PP/PE jumbo bags (FIBC), cement sacks, and geotextile. The big cam without rocker design reduces wear and allows higher speed. Bluetooth generator-type weft detector works reliably even in dusty environments – stops on weft break or weft run-out. The electronic cloth take-up system (servo + HMI) provides easy weft density adjustment and shift output tracking. The main motor is directly connected to a gear reducer for high efficiency and low maintenance.
Applicable Raw Materials: PP/PE flat tapes, virgin or recycled material, fabric weight 35–180 g/m².
