The HS Series FIBC (Flexible Intermediate Bulk Container) Bag Production Line is a complete turnkey solution for manufacturing high-quality jumbo bags from raw polypropylene (PP) granules to finished sewn bags. Designed for 200 bags/hour capacity with 1.5kg per bag (900×900×1600mm size), this integrated line covers all production stages:

Stage 1 — Raw Material Preparation (Optional)

An automatic batching mixer blends virgin PP pellets, masterbatch and additives.

Stage 2 — Extrusion & Tape Stretching

The HSPL flat yarn extrusion line processes PP into flat tapes, equipped with winding spindles, screen changer, metering pump and hot-air traction oven.

Stage 3 — Weaving

Large-spindle circular looms weave flat tapes into tubular fabric; an optional reducer suits wider fabric.

Stage 4 — Lamination (Optional)

HSUT-SJ120-FM2600B laminator applies PE coating to boost fabric strength and moisture resistance.

Stage 5 — Cutting & Printing

HSDBQ-2200X1500-Y3 integrated machine cuts tubular fabric into FIBC panels with 3-color printing.

Stage 6 — Strap (Webbing) Production

High-speed belt looms produce lifting loops and straps, matched with cutting machines for precision sizing.

Stage 7 — Sewing Assembly

Dedicated sewing stations complete strap stitching, bag closure, leak-proof strip processing and edge finishing.

Stage 8 — Packaging

Bundling machine and baler compress finished bags for storage and shipment.

Stage 9 — Auxiliary Equipment

Permanent magnet VFD screw air compressor, water chiller and cooling tower enable continuous production.
