The HS Jumbo Bag Cutting & Printing Machine is an integrated workstation designed for FIBC production lines. It combines tubular PP woven fabric cutting with inline 3-color flexographic printing in a single pass—eliminating the need for separate cutting and printing machines and reducing material handling between processes.
Equipped with pneumatic upper-fabric feeding (max roll diameter 1250 mm, up to 1000 kg roll weight), automatic deviation correction (300 mm range), fabric rubbing/opening function, ultrasonic folding, and a mold cutter capable of cutting both round openings (250-500 mm) and cross openings (300-500 mm). Also features four-corner point punching (600-1200 mm), acupuncture point function (4 sub-points), and automatic bag collection and stacking.
An environment-friendly smoke extraction device removes printing fumes. The intelligent LCD touch screen with Taiwan Delta PLC ensures stable, repeatable operation. One operator can manage the entire machine.
