This HS-QTF750 full-automatic woven bag cutting-sleeving-sewing machine integrates three key bag-making processes into a single production line. Controlled by PLC with touchscreen operation and servo drive, it handles cold or hot cutting (free conversion), automatic double-side bag mouth opening, EPC automatic deviation correction, high-precision cutting, PE inner bag automatic sleeving, hot sealing bottom, automatic outer bag sewing (with optional inner-outer bag connection), and automatic bag stacking with counting. Suitable for ordinary inner bags, laminated inner bags, paper-plastic inner bags, feed bags, and fertilizer bags. Optional add-ons include printing unit and hot melt sewing unit.
